Web Maintenance Packages

One of the biggest sins committed by businesses is to have incorrect or out of date information on their websites. That is a sure-fire way of putting off potential customers and clients.

Depending on the type and size of a website it may take anything from 1 hour per month to a few hours per day to keep it up to date.

We understand many businesses don't have the time or skills required to update a website, this is why our web maintenance packages are so popular amongst our existing clients.

What options do I have?

Pay Per Update: Simply send us through details of the required updates and we shall perform the work and bill you at an agreed hourly fee.

Weekly / Monthly contract: For busier sites. A set amount of 'update hours' is agreed upon per week or month. We automatically carry out the updates and bill you monthly. Our regular hourly fee is discounted for these deals, and a guaranteed response time is standard.

Content Management System (CMS): A CMS lets you have a way of updating your website by yourself without the need to pay anyone else to do it for you. CMS's can be added to existing web sites or built into new ones.

Development costs will be quoted on a site by site basis however existing systems have been implemented for as little as £250.

Software Updates: Some people who are more technically minded may like to purchase some web development software and perform all site maintenance themselves. We are happy to configure this software and provide basic training on usage for a small fee.

Note, this is not for everyone as software needs an investment in time to learn to use effectively.
